Lawrence (Larry) J. Walker
Retired from the U.S. Army 1 May 1992.
Most recent employment was in the Yellow Page Sales industry, Medically retired in March 2005.
Served on the 2006-2007 Kern County Grand Jury as Chairman of the Cities Committee and is currently serving on the 2009-2010 Grand Jury.
First elected to the Board of Directors Kern County Chapter of the California Grand Jurors' Association June 2007.

Richard Williams Served on the 2005-2006 Kern County Grand Jury as Chairman of the Health, Education and Social Services Committee. Attended elementary school and high school in Delano, California. Earned an AA from Bakersfield College and a BA and MA from San Jose State University. Worked in the Litton Industries Research and Development Lab for four years. Taught at Lynbrook High School, De Anza College and San Jose State University for a total of 32 years. Retired in 1999 and moved to Bakersfield in January, 2004. Director KCGJA since 2007. Currently serving as Chairman of the Education Committee and kern.cgja.org Webmaster. |

Anthony (Tony) Noce A native of California whose family settled in San Francisco in 1875. I spent most of my life in Northern California in the construction industry before retiring in 1991 in Bakersfield.
I have served on three Kern County Grand Juries since 2001-02 and have been a member of the local Kern County Chapter of former grand jurors since 2001. I have also been a member of the California Grand Jurors’ Association since 2001 and am presently President of the California Grand Jurors' Association. I am appreciative of my lovely wife Jeri and my CSUB student daughter Donna for their continuous love, understanding and support which allows me the time needed to pursue my support of the grand jury system which was created by our forefathers and must be preserved by our citizens.

Patricia (Pat) Duffel Married fifty years in July. Has three children, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Owned own business for seventeen years as well as working full time as church secretary for twenty-two years. Served as a grand juror in 2001-2002, 2004-2004, and 2005-2006. Currently serving as a KCGJA Director and as Commisioner of City Historical Preservation Commision. Always interested in making Kern County and Bakersfield accountable and the best they can be for the citizen's of Kern County. Was chairperson of her church pre-school and Moderator of her church at the same time. |

Patrice Kline Retired from the working world eight years ago. Currently she and her husband breed and raise Arabian horses on a ranch in Tehachapi. Has served five terms as a Grand juror. Currently serves as a KCGJA Director.

Lee Koehn Served on the Kern County Grand Jury for three years. Served as President for the following organizations: Women's Club, PTA, Alpha Kappa, AARP, and the Kern County Grand Jury Association. Currently serving on the KCGJA Board of Directors. Supervised farming operations for 12 years after husbands death in 1971. |

RAYMOND (Ray) MORTIMER Coming to Taft after being discharge from the U.S.Navy in 1957. I retired from West Kern Water District in 1996 after 35 years of service. Retired in 2006 after serving 35 years with the Taft Police Department reaching the rank of Lieutenant. I became a member of the Kern County Grand Jury serving on the 1999-2000 Grand Jury. I was a member of the Continuity and Tracking Committee. I then served on the 2001-2002 Grand Jury serving on the Health, Education and Social Services Committee,(HESS). I then returned in 2003-2004 to serve on the Cities and Joint Powers Committee. I hadn’t had enough so I came back in 2005-2006 serving on the County Service and Special Districts Committee. I was asked by a friend of mine Anthony (Tony) Noce if I could come back and serve on the 2007-2008 Grand Jury, so I did, serving on the County Service and Special District Committee. I was held over to serve on the 2008-2009 Grand Jury, serving on the County Service and Special District Committee as Chairman of the Committee. I am Commander of VFW Post 11012 located in Maricopa, Adjutant of Fellows American Legion Post 63 located in Taft, Chairman of the board for the Westside Cemetery District in Taft, A life member of NRA, Life member of CRPA |

Richard Macy Richard has served on the Kern County Grand Jury in 2006-2007 and 2008-2009. He earned a BA from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Richard retired from Anheuser-Busch, Inc. St Louis, MO. after 27 years, and BP/ARCO Los Angeles, CA after 10 years. |
